Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that this can be a confusing process. Here are answers to our most commonly asked questions!

Question 1: What do I need to bring to the notarization?

You need to bring a picture I.D. that has been issued in the past 5 years like a Driver's License, Passport, U.S. Military I.D., Employee I.D. issued by CA state or county or city agency, Federally recognized tribal Gov't I.D., or (if you are in custody) an Inmate ID issued either by the CDC or Sheriff's Department . Also, bring the document that you need notarized!

Question 2: Do you notarize anywhere in Sacramento County?

Yes! I can travel directly to your home, office or anywhere in Sacramento County. From Elk Grove to Citrus Heights, North Highlands to Galt and everywhere inbetween!

Question 3: Do you notarize through Zoom?

Remote Online Notarizations (RON) are not yet available for California notaries, but plan on being implemented by January 1, 2030.

Question 4: Do you have an office?

My office is my car! I can travel to you, and if you prefer, we can meet in a coffee shop, your work place or a quiet restaurant or library to notarize your documents.

Question 5: Do you notarize for patients in hospitals?

Yes! I can travel to any hospital or Assisted Living Facility in Sacramento, Rocklin, Roseville, Elk Grove, Davis, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Folsom, North Highlands and Carmichael and facilitate your notarizations. Whether it's for adoptions or Powers of Attorney or Medical Directives, I will get there ASAP!
